Together, through pause + pose, we develop, deepen and define a personal practice uniquely your own. My approach to teaching is grounded in my journey: embodied and understood through decades of teaching and training. I share my experience, strength and hope, offering healing and a healthy relationship with your mind and body to become a more spacious container of self.

The art of teaching yoga is entwined with the act of close listening. As teachers, how do we attune with our students and their stories? For more than fifteen yers, I have been inspired by the teachings of asana, tantric philosophy, pranayama and meditation as both a bound space, but one that offers infinite possibilities to expand, loom and explore oneself. My knowledge of sequencing and story, messaging meaning within precise anatomical cuing unlocks the mysteries buried within the body, to transform known experience into a new authentic expression, and it is an honor to share my teaching experiences with those who desire to teach.
